Information
We are aiming for a PC release (Steam, Epic Games Store, Itch.io) between late 2026 and early 2027. Console versions will be evaluated post-launch if the acoustic engine proves viable on limited hardware.
We can’t say what’s down there, but we assure you, you will find nothing like it.
Oleguer Parkinson is a Catalan archivist from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. In autumn 1987, he is assigned to document a newly discovered expansion under Tarragona’s Early Christian necropolis. His expertise lies in subterranean cartography and Latin epigraphy, not extreme survival situations.
The necropolis features a vertically exploring design across historical strata (Early Christian, Imperial Roman, Pre-Roman), with multiple horizontal branches on each level. It’s not an open world, but the total absence of a map and navigation guides makes every descent a different experience depending on the routes the player discovers and maps.
No. Total isolation is a pillar of the design. Oleguer is alone underground, and so are you.
Levels are hand-designed, there is no procedural generation. But manual cartography ensures every player builds a different physical and mental map, making different mistakes and discovering (or missing) specific acoustic secrets depending on their equipment and path.
We estimate 4 to 6 hours to complete the main narrative arc, assuming a methodical exploration pace. The game doesn’t reward speed: it rewards attention.
Estimated range of €17–€22. Final price to be confirmed.
